The Florida sun has set on the 2019 Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach auction and hundreds of car lovers are headed home with a new showpiece for their garage. With no shortage of variety, this year’s event, co-hosted by the newest member of Garage Squad, Cristy Lee, certainly had something for everyone, regardless of how deep your pockets are. Though, if you were to cut a check, with buyer commission included, for one of the top sellers from the weekend, here’s what you could have parked in your driveway.

1947 Buick Super 8 Custom Convertible — $412,500.00

This year’s top seller cost $711.21 per horsepower, all 580 of which are pumped from a 6.2-liter GM crate engine connected to a 4L85E automatic transmission. No detail was left unchecked in this one-of-a-kind ride that features stopping power from Wilwood 6-piston calipers, 14″ rotors, stainless-steel brake lines, and a GM hydrobooster. The camel interior used nine European hides of leather to complete and includes comforts like power top, seats and windows, iPhone integration and a custom sound system. Sitting atop 18” Foose billet wheels, this Buick is a true show stopper.

2012 Lexus LFA — $352,000.00

10 Cylinders? Check. Zero to 100 MPH in 7.5 seconds? Check. If that doesn’t check all the boxes, what else do you need? Rarity? It has that too. This is one of 500 LFA supercars built by Lexus in Japan. On the block was number 444 off the line, which was one of only 170 allocated for the US market. The black and red interior beautifully matches the Pearl Gray exterior, both of which look great at any speed, even 200 MPH, which this car is more than capable of.

2018 McLaren 720S — $324,500.00

If 2012 is too old for you than this McLaren, optioned with the performance package, may satisfy your need for speed. Its 710hp twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine is connected to a 7-speed McLaren dual-clutch automatic Seamless Shift gearbox, which takes it down the quarter mile in 10.3 seconds. All that power is wrapped in magnificent luxury. You’ll feel right at home with heated memory seats, a 12-speaker sound system, park assist and climate control.

2017 Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn — $297,000.00

Few things scream elegance like a Rolls-Royce V12. This convertible, outfitted with the Dawn Package, only has 917 miles on the clock. The Midnight Sapphire paint and Seashell interior are in perfect condition, as is the natural-grain leather seat trim. Equipped with every accessory necessary for maximum style and comfort you’ll be loving life with the top down as you cruise this Dawn til dusk, or later, nobody will judge.

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air — $286,000.00

The Tri-Five Chevys refuse to quit, but who’s complaining? Certainly not our Squad. There’s only 1,200 miles on this three year build that is equipped with a 500hp+ 376ci V8 and a third pedal that’s needed to move the the T-56 six-speed stick. The only thing that sounds better than the rumble coming out of the MagnaFlow mufflers may be the audio blasting from the top of the line Mosconi and Focal sound system, but that probably depends on what you’re pressing: the volume-up button or the gas pedal.

So, if you had to choose, which would you park in your garage? Perhaps there’s no room in there, seeing as your project car or truck is taking up all the floorspace. Don’t forget, that ole ride could very well be a top-seller someday. The Garage Squad would love the opportunity to hear your car’s story and perhaps even help it take the first steps to automotive stardom. Be sure to fill out an application and you never know, the Garage Squad, including Barrett-Jackson co-host Cristy Lee, could soon be on their way to your garage.
