What was your first car and what was special about it?
1984 Jeep CJ7. I always wanted a Jeep. By the time I was 16 I already had a small block V8 Chevy engine dropped and was ready to go four wheeling with big tires.
What’s in your toolbox that isn’t a tool?
All kinds of stuff. Stuffed animals. Probably food, books, but books are a tool. Yeah there are various things in there.
Best/Worst thing about brand new cars?
Nothing is made here [in America].
Any secret talents outside of the garage?
I’m a very good singer, not. Can’t draw worth a s***, so no… I’m a really good off road driver. Great at rock crawling.
Why are people attracted to old cars? You personally?
Because they were made here in America. But everybody has an attachment to a car in some form or fashion. Everybody’s family has an attachment to a vehicle.
